Exhibition at the Conference Exhibition Hall
You can choose to exhibit at the conference, without the accompanying benefits of the sponsorship opportunities. By exhibiting at the conference you will have access to a focused group of people working and researching in the area. The conference delegation is international and Moroccan, offering exhibitors the opportunity of showing their products and services to potential new markets. There will also be the opportunity to open the doors of the exhibition to the general public. You could send several invitations to your contacts and guests to come and meet you at the Fair.
- Exhibitors will be provided with a delegate list as the conference commences.
- Exhibition space is located in the Exhibition Hall of the conference. This area is also a throughway for delegates as they move from session to session throughout the conference.
- We will provide you with a table and chairs. Other facilities may be available on request.
- Space is offered on the basis of 6 square meters per exhibitor. If you need more space it will be a multiple of 6 square meters
- The cost is Dh 15 000 ( Euro 1 500) per stand.
- You have also 2 complimentary attendee passes to the Conference.
- We expect 1500 visitors to the Fair on Saturday and Sunday afternoons
